• regression testing - MySQL permissions must be set before creating tables
• regression testing - MySQL scripts need -u root?
• regression testing - need some way to specify the database

• Job has to allow null values for these fields:
  • clientid
  • starttime
  • endtime
• src/cats/sql_get.c: remove GROUP BY on db_get_job_volume_names
• src/dird/sql_cmds.c:
  • Remove the GROUP BY on uar_list_temp and uar_sel_fileset
• column widths etc have to be correctly determined

• src/cats/sql_create.c special cases the creation of new Media. Perhaps that is no longer necessary. Specifically, it does not set LabelDate.
• src/cats/sql_update.c: Add numornull which retuns NULL if the value is zero, or the value. This function was needed because Job.{PoolId|FileSetId|ClientId} are foreign keys.
• The following files have hardcoded bacula database name for PostgreSQL:
  • src/cats/make_bacula_tables.in
• src/dird/sql_cmds.c:
  • Define the DelCandidates, temp, and temp1 tables differently on PostgreSQL.
